I did not just content myself with being the great-granddaughter of Maurice DOYARD, co-founder of C.I.V.C. and André JACQUART’s granddaughter, I wanted to take up the challenge of continuing the family estate in 2004 and to leave my "mark" on it.
Indeed, I was lucky that past generations, who worked very hard, gave me a magnificent plot of land located on an exceptional terroir!
So I can say that this passion has run in my veins since childhood and that I have been able to express it in my own way by coming back to the family estate.
Two villages in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Vertus classified as a Premier Cru and Mesnil-Sur-Oger classified as a Grand Cru!
These two terroirs have allowed me to access grapes of a very high quality allowing me to bring a breath of fresh air to the André JACQUART range.
I chose to position myself on higher-end wines thanks to longer ageing, to reducing the sugar dosage, but above all thanks to vinifying in oak barrels, my signature.
All these choices could not have been made without the virtues of Chardonnay. A variety that allows us to obtain freshness, elegance, finesse and minerality.
